Production processes and materials
The production process for inflatable x tents involves the use of high quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques. The tubes that make up the frame of the tent are made from durable, high-strength TPU, a material that ensures that the gas remains in the tubes for a long time and that the inflatable x tent maintains a perfect appearance without distortion. TPU is a material that is lightweight, flexible and resistant to punctures and tears. The tubes are then attached to the body of the tent, which is made from polyester fabric, usually 600D or 420D polyester.
The manufacturing process for inflatable tents involves cutting and sewing the body of the tent and then attaching the tubes to the body. Only if the inflatable tent passes these tests will it be packed and shipped to the retailer or customer.
