Tent Frame
The 40mm octagonal aluminium tent frame is designed with heavy duty construction to ensure its reliability and durability. The tent frame is made from high quality 40mm octagon aluminium profiles in an octagonal shape to provide extra stability and wind resistance.
The outer legs are 40mm (45mm) and 1.8mm thick, and the octagonal profile, combined with the adequate thickness, makes this pop-up tent frame perfectly resistant to bad weather. Thickened nylon accessories with a replaceable design to ensure the longevity of the pop-up tent frame. Advanced profile finishes to ensure that the profiles are not damaged by bad weather. Removable foot flat design, unlike most tent frames on the market. Makes the tent less expensive and more convenient after-sales.
This 40 octagonal pop-up tent represents a heavy-duty frame. Although heavy in weight, we have also taken into account the simplicity of installation and our engineers have used the simplest of installation accessories, allowing for a quick set-up by one person without the use of any tools.
Tent top and wall
The 10×15 octagonal aluminium tent roof and walls are made of high performance Oxford polyester. The material is hard-wearing, tear-resistant flame retardant and has a very high UV protection factor.

Product care
- Before storing the product, ensure that the roof is dry, clean and stain free；
- When packing the product, please pack it in the same way as you received，Wrong packaging may reduce the lifetime of the tent；
- If there is any dirt on the fabric, please hand wash it with cold water and mild detergent.
Warranty
- Our gazebo tent frames are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects only. Subject to our Warranty.
- Custom canopies and walls all come with a 6 months warranty.

1. For container orders, what is the production time?
40′ container, standard production time is 15 days.
2. What are the standard sizes of the frames?
Standard sizes are：10x10ft, 10x15ft, 10x20ft. But as a factory, we can offer all available custom sizes.
3. Are you able to supply tent frames and printed graphics?
Of course. NearMe Tent is supplier of tent products, including hardware and printed graphics.
4. We currently have tent frames in stock, is it possible to purchase printed graphics only from you?
Yes. Not only can we supply you with printed graphics separately, but we will also produce matching printed graphics to the sizes of the frames you have in stock. All that is required is for you to tell us the necessary dimensions of your stock frames.
5. Do you supply OEM products?
Yes. Actually we supply many large branded distributors for OEM products.
6. If my frame breaks, is it possible to purchase the tent parts separately for the repair?
We supply the main tent parts. Please send tent frame photos to our engineers for evaluation and firmness on whether replacement parts are available.
7. How do you guarantee product quality?
We strictly follow the standard production specification process. And we have quality control engineers for quality inspection.
8. Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Our products are covered by a warranty. 1 year warranty on all hardware and 6 months on printed graphics. Please see the Warranty page for detailed warranty terms.
