Main printing methods
There are several different printing methods available for printing tops and walls, below are some popular printing methods and features.
Screen printing: This printing method is ideal for printing a large number of orders with the same design and simple graphics. With screen printing, we need to make a template for your design and then use ink to print the template’s design onto the fabric.This printing method has significant cost advantages for printing large quantity orders, but is not suitable for orders with complex graphics.
Digital printing: Digital printing is a common printing method that can suit most print designs. This printing method uses a special printer to print the design directly onto the fabric. The work is done in the similar way that an office uses a printer to print documents. Digital printing is ideal for small and medium-sized quantities and for orders with average requirements for the quality of printed graphics. Production costs are dependent on quantity.
Dye sublimation printing: If you have a complex design to print and want a high quality print, then dye sublimation would be the ideal choice. This printing method uses heat to print the dye onto the fabric. It ensures that the printed pattern and design are identical to the greatest extent possible. The dye sublimated graphics are brightly coloured and will remain fade-free for the longest time when used outdoors.
Our high quality tent roofs and walls
For custom printed tent canopies and walls we choose 600D polyester fabric as standard, of course 300D and 500D are also good choices. Excellent fabrics are a guarantee of the quality of these products, and sewing is also a key aspect.
All of our printed tops and walls are made by skilled sewers, ensuring not only quality but also a beautiful appearance. Our tops and walls are sewn with a double line to guarantee their quality, wind and tear resistance. Roof valance standard width 35 cm, optional 42 cm. Sufficient width to allow your brand logo to be clearly displayed. The roof has metal D-rings at the 4 corners through which the tent can be fastened to the ground with ropes to increase its wind resistance.
Inside the roof we also use luxury quality. The 5cm Velcro ensures a secure connection between the roof and the wall. We use a reinforced fabric structures where the frame and the canopy come into contact: Contact between centre pole and roof, contact at 4 corners, and contact between cross pole and roof. These fabric-reinforced structures guarantee the quality of the printed roof and walls, wind resistance and extended use life.

Product care
- Before storing the product, ensure that the roof is dry, clean and stain free；
- When packing the product, please pack it in the same way as you received，Wrong packaging may reduce the lifetime of the tent；
- If there is any dirt on the fabric, please hand wash it with cold water and mild detergent.
Warranty
- Our gazebo tent frames are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects only. Subject to our Warranty.
- Custom canopies and walls all come with a 6 months warranty.

1. For container orders, what is the production time?
40′ container, standard production time is 15 days.
2. What are the standard sizes of the frames?
Standard sizes are：10x10ft, 10x15ft, 10x20ft. But as a factory, we can offer all available custom sizes.
3. Are you able to supply tent frames and printed graphics?
Of course. NearMe Tent is supplier of tent products, including hardware and printed graphics.
4. We currently have tent frames in stock, is it possible to purchase printed graphics only from you?
Yes. Not only can we supply you with printed graphics separately, but we will also produce matching printed graphics to the sizes of the frames you have in stock. All that is required is for you to tell us the necessary dimensions of your stock frames.
5. Do you supply OEM products?
Yes. Actually we supply many large branded distributors for OEM products.
6. If my frame breaks, is it possible to purchase the tent parts separately for the repair?
We supply the main tent parts. Please send tent frame photos to our engineers for evaluation and firmness on whether replacement parts are available.
7. How do you guarantee product quality?
We strictly follow the standard production specification process. And we have quality control engineers for quality inspection.
8. Do you provide a warranty?
